GoHighLevel Integration

Every lead your directory captures lands in your GoHighLevel CRM automatically — as a contact, tagged, with the full enquiry attached, and optionally as an opportunity in the pipeline stage you choose. No Zapier, no webhook workflows to wire up by hand.

What gets synced

• Contact — name, email and phone from the form submission, upserted against your sub-account's duplicate rules so repeat enquiries update the existing contact instead of cloning it. Source is set to your directory's name.
• Tags — add any tags you like (default directify-lead); they are added on top of the tags the contact already has.
• The enquiry as a note — the listing the visitor was looking at, the form they used, the page they were on and every answer they typed, attached to the contact as a note.
• Opportunity (optional) — opened in the pipeline and stage you pick, named after the lead and the listing, so your sales board fills itself.

Key Features

• Two-minute setup — paste a Private Integration token and your Location ID, click Test connection & load pipelines, pick a pipeline and stage, save.
• Works with every lead source — listing contact forms, your own custom forms, and leads pushed in through the new Inbound Lead Webhook all flow to GHL.
• Self-healing — transient API errors are retried automatically; a revoked token pauses the sync and notifies you in your panel so nothing fails silently.
• Your data stays yours — the token is stored encrypted and only used to push leads to the sub-account you connected.

How to Set Up

1. In your GoHighLevel sub-account, go to Settings → Private Integrations → Create new integration. Grant the Contacts (read/write) and Opportunities (read/write) scopes and copy the token.
2. Copy your Location ID (Settings → Business Profile).
3. In Directify, open Settings → Integrations → GoHighLevel CRM, paste both values and click Test connection & load pipelines.
4. Choose a pipeline and stage (or turn opportunities off for contacts only), set your tags, and Save.

💡 Tip: pair it with Pay-Per-Lead or the Leads dashboard — your directory keeps its own record of every enquiry while GHL runs the follow-up.
