Google Drive Uploads

Your visitors' documents, in your own Google Drive. Directories that collect sensitive files — professional registration certificates, insurance documents, ID for verification — can now keep those files in the directory owner's Google Drive rather than on Directify's storage.

How it works

• Connect Google Drive under Settings → Integrations. Use the standalone Connect button, or reuse your existing Google Sheets connection with one click — no second Google prompt.
• Choose the storage per field — open any File Upload custom field and set Store files in to Google Drive. Other fields keep using Directify storage.
• Uploads move automatically — when a listing is submitted or edited, the file is uploaded to a Directify uploads – {your directory} folder in your Drive and the local copy is removed. The listing keeps only a private link, shown to you in the dashboard.
• Never public — Drive-backed files are not rendered on the public listing page, whatever the field's visibility settings.

• Least-privilege access — Directify asks only for the drive.file scope, so it can see and manage the files and folder it created, nothing else in your Drive.
• Works everywhere files come in — public submission form, the business dashboard, the submitter panel and the API.
• Safe by default — if Drive is unreachable the upload is retried and the file stays safely in Directify storage until it succeeds.
• Per-field control — mix Drive-backed fields with regular ones on the same form.
