RapidForm Integration

Put advanced forms on your directory with RapidForm, and receive every submission as a lead in Directify. Directify's built-in forms are great for a simple contact form. When you need more, connect RapidForm and keep your placements, your leads and your notifications exactly where they are.

• Shown anywhere on your directory — pick RapidForm as the form type and use the same placements as any Directify form: homepage, listing pages, category pages, blog articles, custom pages or everywhere. It works on every template.
• Submissions arrive as leads — each one appears in your Leads, triggers your notifications and flows on to your outgoing webhooks and connected CRM, like a lead from any other form.
• Attributed to the right listing — a form on a listing page records which listing the visitor was on, with no hidden fields to set up.
• Works with Pay-Per-Lead — RapidForm leads are masked and unlocked the same way as your other leads.
• Move a form in one click — Move to RapidForm copies an existing Directify form into your RapidForm account, keeps its leads and placement, and shows the new version on your directory.
• Reliable delivery — every submission is signed and retried automatically if a connection fails, and a retry never creates a duplicate lead.

How to Set Up

1. Create your form in RapidForm and publish it.
2. In RapidForm, open API in the sidebar and create a key.
3. In Directify, open Settings → Integrations → RapidForm, paste the key and Save.
4. Go to Marketing → Forms, create a form, choose RapidForm as the form type, pick your form and a placement.

💡 Tip: trying it out? Paste the link to any published RapidForm form under Marketing → Forms and it appears on your directory without an API key. Submissions then stay in RapidForm until you connect your account.

Available on the Professional plan and up. Receiving submissions as leads needs a paid RapidForm plan. Embedding a form from its link works on any RapidForm plan, including free. Uploaded files stay in RapidForm, and the lead shows the file name.
