Leads Management – Convert Form Submissions into Leads

Overview

Directify’s Leads Management feature transforms custom form submissions into actionable leads. Whether users fill out a form on a listing, category page, or a custom page, their details are automatically stored in your Leads Dashboard. This enables you to track, manage, and follow up with potential customers effectively.

Setup

1. Creating a Custom Form

To start collecting leads, you need to create a custom form:

1. Navigate to Forms in your directory dashboard.
2. Click Create New Form.
3. Add your desired fields (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Message).
4. Assign the form to a specific page, listing, or category.
5. Click Save.

Your form is now live and ready to capture leads.

2. Accessing Leads

Once a user submits a form, their details are automatically stored in the Leads Dashboard.

To access your leads:

1. Go to Leads Management in the dashboard.
2. View all submitted forms along with their corresponding lead details.
3. Use filters to organize leads by date, name, email, or form type.

3. Receiving Lead Notifications

Stay updated with real-time notifications:

• Enable email notifications to receive alerts whenever a new lead is captured.
• View submission details directly from your inbox.

4. Exporting Leads

Need to use leads externally? Export them easily:

1. Navigate to Leads Dashboard.
2. Click Export CSV.
3. Download your leads for email marketing, CRM import, or sales follow-ups.

How It Works
