Organizers / Agencies
Add organizers, agencies, studios, or any entity that manages listings in your directory. Each organizer gets a dedicated profile page with their listings, contact info, and social links.
Key Features
- Organizer Profiles — Name, description, logo, cover image, email, phone, website, and social links.
- Listing Associations — Link multiple listings to an organizer (many-to-many). One listing can belong to multiple organizers.
- Public Pages — Browse page with organizer cards and a detail page with cover hero, contact sidebar, and listing grid.
- Configurable Labels — Rename "Organizer" to "Agency", "Studio", "Vendor", or anything else in settings.
- Configurable Routes — Change the URL from
/organizers to /agencies or any custom slug.
- Custom Fields — Create organizer-specific custom fields, just like listings.
- Submitter Integration — Assign a user to an organizer. They can edit their profile from the submitter dashboard, and new listings are auto-linked.
- Import / Export — Bulk import organizers via CSV/XLSX with optional user assignment.
- Enable / Disable — Off by default. Existing directories are unaffected until you turn it on.
How It Works
- Go to Settings > Organizers and toggle Enable Organizers.
- Customize the label (e.g., "Agency") and route slug (e.g.,
/agencies).
- Create organizers from the admin panel or import them via CSV.
- Link listings to organizers from the listing edit form.
- Optionally assign a submitter user to let them manage their organizer profile.
Benefits
- Professional Presence — Give agencies and organizers their own branded profile pages.
- Better Discovery — Visitors can browse organizers and see all their listings in one place.
- Self-Service — Submitters manage their own profiles without admin intervention.
- Flexible — Works for any directory type: events, real estate, restaurants, services, and more.
