Booking Requests
Let visitors request a booking straight from a listing — date, time slot and party size. Businesses accept or decline with one click, and every request lands in your dashboard, Pay-Per-Lead included.
Booking Requests
Turn your listings into bookable businesses. A visitor picks a date, a time slot and a party size, adds a note and their contact details, and sends a booking request straight from the listing page — no visitor accounts and no external booking tool required.
How it works
- Visitor sends a request — the "Request to book" button on every listing page opens a booking form. The time picker is built from the listing's Hours of Operation field, so visitors only see slots when the business is actually open.
- Business answers with one click — the request arrives by email with Accept and Decline links that work without logging in, plus matching actions in the dashboard. Either way, the visitor is notified automatically.
- Visitors stay in the loop — every request comes with a confirmation email and a private "manage my booking" page to check the status or cancel.
- Everything lands with your leads — booking requests appear alongside your leads with a live status badge, and flow through the same notifications, CRM syncs and outgoing webhooks.
Key Features
- Works with Pay-Per-Lead — a booking request is a lead: charge businesses per request with credits, or include booking in a premium listing tier. Contact details can stay locked while the booking facts and Accept/Decline links remain visible.
- No double bookings by email ping-pong — responses are one-click and idempotent, and a cancelled request can never be revived by a stale link.
- Fully brandable — the button text and every form label are editable in the Theme Editor, and all six booking emails (request received, accepted, declined, cancelled and both business notifications) can be customized under Settings → Email Templates.
- Works on every template — the booking button renders next to the Contact button on all templates.
How to Set Up
- Open Settings → General, find Booking Requests on Listings and switch it on.
- Optionally edit the contact fields of the auto-created Default booking form under Forms (the date, time and party size fields are built in).
- Add an Hours of Operation value to your listings to power the time-slot picker — without it, visitors get a free time field instead.
